Tele-Evaluations

ICCN’s tele-evaluation service utilizes a HIPAA-compliant platform offering secure communication to protect the integrity of electronic protected health information (ePHI). We have created a Tele-Conference Release Form for the claimant and one for the Expert Evaluator. For International Evaluations requiring use of a Translator, we also utilize a Release Form for the Proctor/Translator. ICCN will forward the appropriate Tele-Conference Release Forms for each SyncSelect IME referral.
